What is your replacement & returns policy?

The Art Edition will happily replace your artwork if a print arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website.   Any damage should be reported as soon as possible, please sign in to sign into your account, select 'Resolution Centre'

and complete the details for a new dispute.   Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof, please email these to 

The Art Edition artwork is printed on mediums that contain natural fibres, these may occasionally contain small slubs and/or minor imperfections and have slight colour variations, this is a natural part of the product and are not considered faults. 

Change of mind policy* 

In the event you change your mind about your print choice, please click here to log into your account, select 'Resolution Centre' to submit a return request within 7 days and we will happily exchange your item or offer a refund*. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning the print. *Reduced and Sale items are NOT eligible for change of mind returns.

In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.  
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.

Delivery is Free for RETAIL and WHOLESALE customers Australia wide. Charges may apply for International shipping.

Our prints are shipped via Courier.  We are unable deliver to PO Boxes and therefore require a street address.

International Shipping may incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be presented after sale has occured. 

Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Dispatch & Delivery

Production and delivery of your order will take approximately 3 – 12 days. Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions. If you require a print sooner than this please contact us before placing your order. 

All of our prints are made to order and shipped to you via courier. 

If you do not wish your item to be left at the delivery location by the courier, please indicate 'no' on the check out page.  If you choose to give us authority to leave your item, no responsibility can be taken by The Art Edition if an item is lost or stolen. 

If you select to sign for your delivery but are not available to do so on the delivery day, your item will be taken to their nearest depot for you to collect at a time convenient to you - we will provide tracking information when your order is dispatched,

estimated delivery days can be found in your tracking details on the carriers website.

If a re-delivery is requested, charges will apply.  Please contact us for information on re-delivery fees.  

We partner with international printers in USA & Europe for our international orders.

We work closely with our international liaisons to ensure that your canvas is printed and packaged to the highest standards and protected while in transit.

Payment Options
The Art Edition accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal and AfterPay.   Payment is required before an order can be processed. For international orders we accept payment by Paypal or credit card only.  
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the advertised dates & times only and cannot be extended.  Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times.
If a discount code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes can not be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received.

All promotions are available to Australian residents only.

Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only. 

Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, shipping, GST or duties or similar services.
Reduced and Sale items are NOT eligible for returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
Shipping is calculated on a per product basis and is valid for Australia only. International sales may incur additional fees and charges.
For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
Exchange, refund or credit notes are not valid on any products purchased during a promotion or with a promotional code unless in the case where product is deemed faulty or damaged.
Promotional items are available only while stocks last 
Urban Road can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time. 
By placing an order with The Art Edition you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
